Queen Of Pop to ditch Warner Music for radical new deal?

Original news from here.

What would you do if someone give you $100 million? If you ask me, I don’t want to be as busy as Madonna. I’ll pay some auditors, lawyers, wealth managers & accountants to take care of those moneys while I’m leaving to travel all around the world. Anyway, is that the reason why noone pays me that much?

Rumours are spreading that Madonna is considering leaving Warner Music, the label that she has been signed to since 1982.

The singer is allegedly in talks to move to Live Nation, the venues and promotions company.

The deal is said to involve combining the singer’s future recording and touring. It is allegedly valued by music industry executives at £50.5 million ($100 million).

It is believed she would receive at least the £50 million that Robbie Williams received from EMI in 2002.

The eight London Wembley Arena dates alone of Madonna’s 2006 tour ‘Confessions’ grossed £11.8 million, reports The Times.
