It’s getting harder to run a self-hosted WordPress sites these days. This site was hacked 2 days ago for the second time this year. The attacker found a way through the header’s theme template.
No wonder. I was using a very popular theme from a very popular WordPress theme maker. Plenty of bad folks out there want to see them down. So now I switched to a lot less popular theme from a lot less popular WordPress theme maker. At least the odds are not against it.
