Cool event. If you get the chance to attend a Lean Startup Machine workshop anywhere in the world, do it. The methodology of getting out of the building, testing assumptions, and iterating fast based on real customer feedback is one of the most practical frameworks I’ve come across — and it applies just as much to music projects and creative businesses as it does to tech startups.
